Are You A Psychopath?

I was chilling out, flicking through a few random news stories about the mind and wellbeing As you do over a bank holiday weekend of course! When I came across a study published a few months ago, all about men with psychopathic tendencies! The focus of the study was to try and discover what drives them to choose to do, well psychopathic stuff!! To do this, a prof' called Josh Buckholtz took a mobile brain scanner to a prison, found 50 inmates that had shown psychopathic tendencies in the past. And hooked them up! They were then given a Delayed Gratification test, this is where they

And They Charged Me £200!

There's fewer things more frustrating then when you invest in something and then don't get the 'Experience' you'd hoped for.   Take this 84yr old man in Germany for example He chose a particular "Red Hot" sex-line, hoping for some quality, XXX-Rated naughtiness. The recorded message that he tuned into was apparently too "tame" for his own personal tastes and he was left particularly underwhelmed and unsatisfied! (Don't you just hate it when that happens....) Anyway, it wasn't the only thing that left our poor old German friend less than impressed Especially when he received his phone bill.... £200!!

Attention Seeking Gone Wrong

The things that some men will do to get attention, sometimes even I have to look on in disbelief. And I've seen some rather bizarre situations as a firefighter... So when I heard about a bunch of firefighters being required to free a man who'd managed to cement his head into a microwave, purely for attention seeking, publicity reasons? Well it's fair to say I had one one of those WTF moments The fact it took over 2 1/2 hours to free him and the only reason he survived was because one of his friends managed to get a breathing tube into him, and he had a plastic bag over

Things That Go ‘Bump & Grind’ In The Night

If there's one thing that gives me a smile like a Cheshire cat it's seeing a once busy, overweight, stressed out dad Come through one of my transformation programmes and in doing so, Taking control of his fitness, his health and getting the body he's been trying to possess for a long time, but never managed to do. Of course, all the 'side effects' of the programme don't go unnoticed by others "Look at Daddy's muscles" "My Daddy is strong like a SuperHero" And I'm sure I don't need to mention how the wife feels about her strong, lean, muscular man... Or the associated 'Benefits' of that That

Is Your Health Worth A Bagel?

Do you eat bagels? Personally, they're not high up on my list of breakfast faves But I know many people enjoy them, including my mum My mum has never spent $1,000 on a bagel though But that's how much a particular bagel will cost you at the Westin Hotel in New York $1,000. Now, it's obviously not just any old bagel for that price. It's a rather decadent & luxurious offering with Alba white truffle cream cheese, goji berry-infused Riesling jelly and the obligatory gold leaf flakes. Sounds fancy right? But, at the end of the day, it is still just a bagel. Yet, there's plenty of people buying it. They want

Are You A Poker All Star?

Do you play poker? I don't mind a game of Texas Hold 'em Up But only with real cards and real people of course Online gambling isn't my thing But I did see an ad for an online gambling site which reminded of plenty of the modern men I come across It talked about how some people are already poker players "without even realising it" This particular ad used the poker art of 'bluffing' as its example How many people have frequently managed to 'bluff' themselves, The chin up bar installed in the door frame, from when you promised yourself you'd get in shape The outrageously intellectual book you keep

It goes without saying that if you don't feel powerful and confident Chances are, you probably don't come off as looking particularly sexy either Women love confidence, and when you couple that up with a strong and lean physique?
